3 Years Old

Happy Birthday! Anson Taylor. Here's to my boy who loves chocolate ice cream almost as much as I do. I love you, Anson. We had a fun day celebrating your birthday. We had a watermelon picnic, and a trip to Chuck E Cheese (although it was short). Dad and I booked it out of that loud and obnoxious environment before we even put half of our tokens in those overstimulating children's rides. And of course we ended the day with chocolate ice cream cones.

You beamed as we sang happy birthday to you. You picked out this number three candle, and had everything you could ever want on your birthday. Thanks for being a kind, intelligent, polite, and loving child. You are keeping me on my toes with the speed of your learning, and your ability to communicate. Some of my favorite things you share with me are:

kind words to Hiram
giggles
excitement to get up in the morning
reading every other page
cooking together
the words "I love you."
