Let's be honest. I have not been doing a great amount of cooking lately. However, I have been enjoying the talents of others who enjoy cooking, and blog about it. I thought I would pass on some recipes. These are the types of recipes that don't require a lot, because that is what I'm up for these days. Here are some good veggie burger recipes. My two boys, and husband enjoyed both of these burgers. I prefer the Ultimate Veggie Burger recipe, but the Pumpkin-Chickpea-Burger was super yummy, and easy too. The Ultimate Veggie Burger is great because you don't need any type of bun. You actually use the burger as the bun and fill it with whatever fixings you like. We used spinach and cheese, because that's what we had around, but the options are limitless.

Thanks for the recipe! I'll be sure to give it a try-looks yummy :) Also- we have had some bed time drama as well-totally understand. You guys seemed to handle it great. And Anson is such an articulate little sweetheart.
Good to see you yesterday. Hope everyone is doing well-
KRIS!! Hey...I can't wait to see you. I've always wanted to try Veggie Burgers. Unfortunately the not cooking thing has pretty much lasted the whole time for me. I thought it would leave when I stopped feeling sick, but no....I HATE cooking still! I pray that I regain that desire after little Sayla is born. I hope you are feeling better. I love you SO MUCH!!!!! do you know exactly what date you are coming? I want to figure my work schedule out so i can spend all the time i can with you guys!
These sound great, Kris. I'm excited to try the Pumpkin ones for sure. Thanks for the recipes!
