We finally got the bike geared up for a ride the other day. The boys were pretty excited. Isn't it great that we're headed into the winter, and biking is still a great option?! Wahoo. Lovin' the San Diego weather.

Look how cute! i ure miss those boys! About the oils...I will do some research. There's a girl at the store here in PG, that has had 6 kids at home and is very knowledgable with the oils. I seriously love them. I actually just came down with a nasty sore throat, and faithfully used the oils, and silver sheild, and it never got worse and I'm already better. less than 2 days. Usually it turns into a BAD BAD sore throat and cough....etc for me.
