Having a baby is incredible in so many ways. Labor with Lottie really helped me prepare for life with my children. It was long and great. Some of you may understand that when you are having strong contractions close together that it's best not to think about the one you just had, or the one coming; but be in the moment. It's best to just enjoy the peace when it comes. That is all I can do at this point with my wonderful boys and a perfect new baby who all still need lots of mom's attention. Parenting comes in moments, some of them are like contractions, and then there are the moments of relief. I've had to chill out a whole lot, and realize that life is like labor. I'm still a work in progress. Anyway, thanks to those who came to help. I wouldn't have survived without you.

Oh, poor Krista. I can't believe how long you were in labor! But I'm glad you got the best little baby by the time you were done. Say hi to the boys!
Been thinking about you. I need to give you a call. How are you? I sure love you.
Wow. That describes things perfectly! I never thought of it that way. I am so glad that you got to have the labor that you wanted. Another thought that comes to mind is that when you are in the thick of a hard moment, it is best to be very generous with yourself, even if you feel like swearing, because that moment will pass. And even all the tough moments added up will seem short once they are behind us. Miss you guys!
I need your address, krista Anne with an E.
love you.
