Play Time

I love it when my boys are out in the yard playing (for many reasons).

The other day we went to a lovely lake. We put life vests on the kids and enjoyed a ride and picnic.

The children are all doing well. I love how children adjust, find joy, and love life.

Anson is good at knowing exactly what he wants.
He has a good time playing with Charlotte.
He likes doing extra chores to earn money for a guitar.
He has been reading at least one novel a day.
He is good helper.

Hiram is busy!
He loves to be outside.
He appreciates any opportunity that he doesn't have to be in the stroller or shopping cart.
He likes to play the keyboard really loudly.
He is a good dancer.
He is forgiving.
He has an amazing sense of hearing and smelling.

Charlotte is endearing and charming.
She is content (as long as she is in mommy's arms).
She has a budding vocabulary that includes about twenty words.
She likes to sign as well as speak.
She likes red pepper hummus better than bananas.
She still wakes up several times a night.

I'm so glad to get an up-date on your family! I can't believe Charlotte is so big already- it just goes so fast! When do you start signing with your kids? I usually don't start until 6 or 7 months but you obviously do it earlier!

Okay, so I will be coming home for the whole week of Thanksgiving...well, the weekend before too! So will you be around any of those days? I will also go home for Christmas, but we are heading up to NY for part of that break to see Joe's extended family.

Let me know if you will be home and I will just have to drive to your place....so exciting! You can also call me 571-269-8199 so we can meet up!
