Hiram turns 5, New Baby Cook, and Christmas

Can you believe that Hiram is 5!?  He continues to be a go-getter, and such a sensitive, kind hearted boy.

Our "little bear" was due the day after Hiram's birthday, but kept us anticipating his arrival for nearly three more weeks.  We welcomed our new baby boy on December 16th.  He has been such a calm and wonderful baby.  He smiled on his second day of life, and I'm not joking that I think I've only been up with him at night a couple of times.  He wakes up to nurse, but goes right back to sleep.  It's been a huge blessing so far, because the rest of us have been up at night a lot with a sick bug that we are having a hard time getting rid of.
