Downtown Outing

The boys have been doing an art class, and some of the paintings they studied are at the National Gallery of Art. We decided to go see some of them. It was a neat place to visit. There weren't a lot of children there, and so you can imagine the security man watching the kids like a hawk to make sure they weren't touching the artwork. Hiram spotted a painting with a sword, and couldn't help himself. Hiram is quick, and his little hand reached up and touched that 400 year old painting. I think the worker almost had a heart attack. Sorry. We also walked to the Washington Monument. Who needs a triple stroller when you can ride like this?
